Why Exhibit/Sponsor at a VAGA conference?

 

All breakfasts, lunches & breaks included

 

Food and beverage stations located inside the exhibit area

 

"Visit with Exhibitors" times listed on attendees' agenda

 

General sessions in close proximity to the exhibit area

 

Optional door prize, drawing traffic to your table

 

All exhibitors and sponsors are given time to introduce themselves and explain their products/services during the luncheon on the first day of the conference

Exhibit Table

 

$1,000, includes all meals and programs during the conference, your logo in the conference manual, and your firm listed in all promotional material leading up to the conference.  There is an additional charge of $250 for each additional person which includes all meals and programs.

 

Cocktail Party/Reception

$2,000 plus the actual cost of drinks consumed. Includes exhibit table, signage displayed during the reception, and time to address the audience about the sponsor's services. Firm will be listed in all promotional material leading up to the conference.

 

AM or PM Break Sponsor

$1,250, includes exhibit table, signage displayed during the break, and your logo in conference manual. Your firm will be listed in all promotional material leading up to the conference.

 

Lunch Sponsor

$3,000, includes exhibit table, logo in conference manual, 30 minutes to address attendees during a luncheon, an ad in monthly electronic VAGA newsletter leading up to the conference, and listing in all our promotional material leading up to the conference.
